He specializes in medical and surgical treatments of diseases of the ear, nose, and throat, and has treated and cared for tens of thousands of patients all over Long Island throughout the course of his career.
He was the first ENT surgeon to perform surgery using the Laser to restore hearing at Plainview Hospital over 20 years ago and continues to perform this miraculous surgery for individuals with special types of hearing loss.

Licensed to practice medicine in New York, he is board-certified in otolaryngology through the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, which serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Grosso is a proud member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the Long Island Society of Otolaryngology, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the Nassau Surgical Society.
