This program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Illinois Department on Aging, gives financial assistance to adult daycare services so that nutritious meals can be integrated with nonresidential care services. The goal of the program is to improve the diets of participants. The meals and snacks are served to meet standards established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
