He is also affiliated with Froedtert Hospital and Zablocki VA Medical Center – Milwaukee.

He then went on to perform his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2012, followed by his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at the Northwestern University-McGaw Medical Center in 2013.
In the past, he has served as Assistant Physician to the Chicago Blackhawks (2012-13); Assistant Physician to the Chicago Cubs (2013); and Assistant Physician to Northwestern University Athletics (2012-13).
An authority in his field, Dr. Douros is board-certified in orthopedic surgery & orthopedic sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.
