Aly is a leader within the Central Florida community and deeply committed to philanthropic causes. She is a founding member of the onePULSE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization building the National Pulse Memorial and Museum. She also created a bridge fund in 2016 after the Pulse nightclub shooting, Pulse of Orlando, which distributed over $325,000 to survivors and victims’ families. She has also served as Chairwoman of the City of Orlando Historic Preservation Board and Vice-Chair of the Orange County Sheriff’s Foundation.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she practiced law for over a decade and published her first best-selling book “Against The Grain” in 2013.
National Philanthropy Day recognizes the profound impact philanthropy has on the fabric of society. The program honors individuals, corporations, foundations, civic and service groups, and nonprofit organizations in Central Florida whose efforts change the face of our community.
