Jessica Poole President and CEO of The Little Salumi has announced that her Panini and wine shop The Little Salumi will open soon at 137 E Main St, Northville, MI.

Jessica Poole, a well-known Northville native was born, raised, and worked at her parent’s thriving bar and Restaurant Poole’s Tavern for decades and years later could be found behind the bar helping mother Mary Poole and sister Lauren Romeo run Lake St Tavern in South Lyon.  After spending some time in California working for a corporate chain restaurant in upper management she returned home to Michigan and paid attention to an inner voice urging her to bring something different to Downtown Northville. 

All fans of quality, fresh panini will be able to enjoy her tasty menu of fresh-pressed paninis filled with the finest ingredients along with an awesome selection of wine. Poole who plans on applying her family’s tried and true techniques combined with her own superb, fresh, local approach is a recipe for success. 

The Little Salumi is located directly next to the Historic Marquis Theatre and directly across from the Town Square is undergoing its finishing touches will open soon. They’ve already been a hit at the Northville Town Square ‘to-go’ Stand.
