Dr. Alexander received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1972. He went on to complete a residency at LSU Medical Center. As a urologist, Dr. Alexander specializes in diseases of the urinary tract and the male reproductive system. This includes areas of the bladder, urethra, kidneys, penis, and prostate.
